·         Searching partners to project on venues, trainers…
·         Finalizing materials and tools to use on workshop with support from experienced people
·         Setting up workshop with partners
·         Recruiting interns to involve in project
·         Delivering intern’s services to integrate international interns and support them on their living condition
·         Organizing and participate in “Train the trainers” workshop to improve training skill and knowledge on issues
·         Organizing workshops
·         Evaluating workshop quality and keep relationship with partners
